The “Gorts” information system is designed to register job seekers, grant status of employment, suspend, terminate, and determine the competitiveness of the labor market. The system also handles registration of employers cooperating with employment centers, new job vacancy (existing vacancy) registration, and labor supply and demand comparison, all of which creates a more streamlined and automated employer-to-job seeker relationship. “Gorts” promotes the effective management of employment field institutions, improves the quality of customer service, as well as increases the targeting and controllability of the implemented programs. Nork has been continuously updating “Gorts” based on legislative changes in the field of employment. Currently, 90, 604 job seekers are registered in the system.
