The “Npast” Family Vulnerability Assessment information system operating in accordance with the RA Law on State Benefits and other legislative and legal acts is designed to register the families who applied to the regional centers of the Unified Social Service for benefits and to clarify the right to receive the benefit and its amount. The formation and printout of payment lists and summary of data after payment is also carried out through the system.
Nork Technology Center also provides guidance, clarification and problem solving to database managers, as well as regulation of technical issues. After printing the lists and providing them to the regional centers, the database is updated on a monthly basis on the website of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of RA.
