Integrated Social Services ’Unified Receptions’ Applications Registration Information System

In 2015, an upgraded version of the Integrated Social Services ’Unified Receptions’ Applications Registration IS was put into operation. The system was developed, implemented, and now run in 27 regional centers of complex social services in order to automate the registration process of applications received from citizens, and receive information on their activity status according to their subjects, goals or number of applications.  Operation of the system is planned to expand to 22 more regional centers of complex social services. The main areas of application are employment, medical and social expertise, social security and assistance.
