The “Avand” system was designed to register citizens who applied to the regional centers of the Unified Social Service for deposit compensation, and to fix the right to compensation of the deposit and its amount, as well as disputable circumstances, formation and printout of payment lists and summary of data after payment. The central database is generated from the local databases received monthly from the Unified Social Service. The data of the persons entitled to compensation registered in the system are compared with the database of the State Population Register. The system also detects the data of unidentified persons, duplicate registrations, suspended persons, etc.
