Registration of Persons with Disabilities “Pyunik” Information System

Registration of Persons with Disabilities “Pyunik” Information System was developed and put into operation in 2001. Its main purpose is to collect information on persons with disabilities based on information from the Medical and Social Expertise Commission.      

Within the framework of Pyunik, Nork Technology Center provides software maintenance, carries out data collection from MSECs, reviews and updates the database, and provides reports and analysis. Since 2010, Pyunik has been operated by the RA MLSA  and the Medical and Social Expertise Commision and its regional bodies. As a result of the development and implementation of this new system, Armenia now has an updated online information system available to users in every part of the country. The system allows for easy automation of the functions of Medical and Social Expertise Commissions, thus decreasing the cost of services.
