Following a 2013 government decision3, a need arose to develop a manageable, transparent and well regulated information system for registration of social housing stock, data on people in need of housing, and formation of an appropriate waiting list. The system was designed and commissioned by Nork in 2014. The system is now used by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of RA as well as the Unified Social Service. The number of people registered in the system as of May 2021 is 237 (231 of which are on the waiting list). The number of residents accommodated in the shelter is 52.
