Within the framework of the Social immediate response platform, there are two tools for submitting an online application “I need” and “I support” for supporters, where the data about support can be presented by both individuals and legal entities. Within the IS, there is also the Social Worker subsystem, the latter encompassing the following main sections:
1. Assistance registration: social worker uses this tool to include support data provided by individuals and legal entities in the Social Worker subsystem
2. Management: this tool manages dictionaries included in the information system, as well as the users of the information system through the mechanism of granting respective authorization.
